It is the bus that takes passengers going from Buenos Aires, by boat, to Montevideo, Uruguay, a favorite place for tourists. This is Colonia's terminal.
Excellent means of transportation, no doubt. Its comfort and better attention, makes tourists and travelers fall in love with it.
