There are many beautiful and unique buildings around me but I always close my eyes to see it and I go a long way to see unique things that have good designs, even though I don't really understand the terms in architecture but as a connoisseur of beauty I understand that the building has artistic value and deserves to be appreciated. My problem here is that every day I pass many buildings around me and I can't judge it because I'm used to passing by it and it becomes uninteresting wherever I am. But because I have to meet my friend for a need so I just realized that this building also has a good design for me.
Actually, this is a Memorial Park to one of the figures of the independence fighters in the field of Indonesian Language and Literature. This monument was built in a park located next to the Azizi Mosque in Tanjung Pura, Langkat Regency. I have told you all about the Azizi Mosque in this community when I first joined here and I have also often visited the Azizi Mosque, but I did not glance at this building at all and it turns out that I got a lot of things here, especially the beautiful verses of the poems he created with deep meaning and not at all commercial. The verses of the poems are displayed with different titles on the left and right sides of the park with bright colors making the poems like beautiful ornaments and in the middle there is a pool with a mini fountain, but because it was still morning the fountain was not on. Usually this fountain will be on in the afternoon
In another corner of the Memoriam park, there are curved irons to beautify the park and surrounded by a mini garden as greenery so that the park does not look barren. And around the park, bricks have been installed so that the impression of cleanliness and well-maintained from the park is obtained by visitors when they go to this park. Its beautiful place makes visitors here comfortable to linger and usually this park is very crowded with young people in the afternoon to fill their free time.
In this park there is also a building like a memorial monument. And this building contains photos of Tengku Amir Hamzah and an award from the local government as a sign of his services. In the monument building has a very smooth design with ornaments with soft colors. Such as the choice of floor color which has abstract lines but is predominantly soft ivory white. Building pillars with soft embossed wallpaper then the choice of PVC Ceiling Type which is chosen with a white striped pattern is only to emphasize the ceiling design so that it has a luxurious impression here then the Ceiling pattern that is installed simply is only in the form of one pool.
Then around the ceilings are beautified with a little touch of iron railings that form the same pattern which is also still a soft color selection. Everything in this building is very different from the color selection of the Azizi mosque which looks striking from any side. And it turns out that these designs with all the color choices of paint and ornaments have a special message about the figure of Tengku Amir Hamzah who has a firm, gentle side and does not want to stand out in politics. He will only tell stories and express his heart and mind in a poem that he created.
