Hola destacados miembros de la comunidad arquitectónica de Hive. Un gusto publicar nuevamente y compartir algunas imágenes que considero destacadas y dignas de admirar. Voy a compartir algunas fotos tomadas en un centro comercial de mi localidad es relativamente nuevo ya que no tiene mas de tres años y aunque se construyó en una época difícil en la economía venezolana se destaca en la zona por su belleza arquitectónica.
Se trata del centro comercial Cristal de Naguanagua estado Carabobo, de inmediato me gusto su diseño, es amplio y moderno sus establecimientos comerciales están bien ubicados y son sumamente amplios. De manera que a diferencia de otros locales comerciales de la localidad el aforo máximo para guardar medidas de distanciamiento es grande. En otras palabras, muchas personas pueden estar en el establecimiento y es seguro porque es distanciamiento social resulta fácil de cumplir.
Hello outstanding members of the Hive architectural community. A pleasure to post again and share some images that I consider outstanding and worth admiring. I am going to share some pictures taken in a shopping mall in my town, it is relatively new since it is no more than three years old and although it was built in a difficult time in the Venezuelan economy, it stands out in the area for its architectural beauty.
It is the Cristal shopping center in Naguanagua, Carabobo state, I immediately liked its design, it is spacious and modern, its commercial establishments are well located and are extremely spacious. So that unlike other commercial establishments in the locality, the maximum capacity to keep distance measures is large. In other words, many people can be in the establishment and it is safe because this social distancing is easy to enforce.
En el medio del centro comercial se encuentran varias tiendas en forma de churuatas que son entre otras cosas cafés y tiendas de ventas de accesorios.
Tiene dos puestes que conectar el ala A con la B enmarcada por un túnel cuadrado que nos hace pensar que estamos pasando de una dimensión a otra. De verdad que el diseño es bastante futurista pero adaptado a las necesidades de todas las personas que visitan. Pienso que esta especialmente diseñado para recibir visitas familiares ya que tiene espacios abiertos que en ocasiones es usado para animaciones y promociones dirigidos a los niños, Cuenta en el segundo nivel con un podio en el que también realizan concursos de bailotearía y actos con la participación de payasos y humoristas.
In the middle of the mall there are several stores in the form of churuatas, which are among other things cafes and stores selling accessories.
It has two booths that connect the A wing with the B wing framed by a square tunnel that makes us think that we are passing from one dimension to another. The design is really quite futuristic but adapted to the needs of all visitors. I think it is specially designed to receive family visits as it has open spaces that sometimes is used for animations and promotions aimed at children, has on the second level with a podium where they also perform dance contests and acts with the participation of clowns and comedians.
Además de lo que he mencionado da la impresión de equilibrio entre la tecnología y la naturaleza y es que a pesar de ser un sitio cerrado cuentas con varias palmeras y otras plantas ornamentales de gran tamaño. Eso me pareció de buen gusto. Ya que permite combinar las texturas de vidrio granito y otros materiales texturizados con la belleza de un árbol plantado en el medio del centro comercial. Dándole un respiro de naturaleza.
Lo que mas me gusto fue el techo enorme del centro comercial. El día que visite pude observar el cielo azul y algunas nubes esponjosas gracias a los paneles que hacen la función del techo traslucido de policarbonato. Definitivamente es diseño le dio un toque natural y también ecológico porque se ahorra una gran cantidad de energía eléctrica. Si en lugar del techo su luz dependiera de fuente de iluminación artificial el costo para el medio ambiente y los costos de opresiones adicionales serían notables.
In addition to what I have mentioned, it gives the impression of balance between technology and nature, and despite being an enclosed site, it has several palm trees and other large ornamental plants. This seemed to me to be in good taste. Since it allows to combine the textures of granite glass and other textured materials with the beauty of a tree planted in the middle of the mall. Giving it a breath of nature.
What I liked the most was the huge roof of the mall. The day I visited I could see the blue sky and some fluffy clouds thanks to the panels that make the function of the translucent polycarbonate roof. Definitely this design gave it a natural touch and also ecological because it saves a lot of electrical energy. If instead of the roof its light depended on artificial lighting source the cost to the environment and the additional oppressive costs would be remarkable.
