Hello, good afternoon everyone. Today we enjoyed a fun day of very productive games in the facilities of the Cómplex Gym, led by coaches Rosamaría Blanco for Vida Vzla, and María Vallenilla for Cómplex. This dynamic was convened in the framework of pink October activities, especially today October 19, which is celebrated as the International Day for the Fight against Breast Cancer.
The activity had a cost of $1 per person and all funds raised would be passed on to breast cancer patients of the Oncodivas Network in the city of El Tigre. The day began at 8 a.m., with talks and testimonies from the trainers and patients, and some of them participated in the sports dynamics.
They emphasized the importance of sports and daily physical activity as part of the treatment to combat this terrible disease, and that if it were not for their insistence on exercising daily, they would not be there at this time, even though the fight against cancer continues for many of them, since the disease has manifested itself again.
The morning passed beautifully between games and contests where yoga, laughter and functional training were the main protagonists, and I can assure you that the whole process was so much fun, that we did not have time to feel exhaustion and want to leave the sports scene.
I can only conclude this post by expressing how satisfied I am with the emphasis that is being given to this cause from all public and social sectors in my city and throughout the country; health, education, sports, any type of entrepreneurship, microenterprises and also individually.No one is being left out, and any grain of sand is valuable when it comes to supporting our pink warriors. They need it!

Hola, muy buenas tardes a todos. Hoy disfrutamos de una divertida jornada de juegos muy productiva en las instalaciones del Gimnasio Cómplex, dirigida por las entrenadoras Rosamaría Blanco por Vida Vzla, y María Vallenilla por Cómplex. Esta dinámica fue convocada en el marco de actividades de octubre rosa, especialmente hoy 19 de octubre, que se celebra el Día Internacional de la Lucha contra el Cáncer de Mama.
La actividad tenía un costo de 1$ por persona y todos los fondos recaudados serían pasados a las pacientes con cáncer de mama de la Red Oncodivas en la ciudad de El Tigre. La jornada inició a las 8 de la mañana, con charlas y testimonios de parte de las entrenadoras y las pacientes, y algunas de ellas participaron en la dinámica deportiva.
Resaltaron la importancia del deporte y la actividad física diaria como parte del tratamiento para combatir esa terrible enfermedad, y que de no ser por su insistencia en ejercitar a diario, no estarían ahí en ese momento a pesar de que la lucha contra el cáncer continúa para muchas de ellas, ya que la enfermedad se manifestó nuevamente.
La mañana transcurrió maravillosamente entre juegos y concursos donde el yoga, las risas y el entrenamiento funcional fueron los principales protagonistas, y puedo asegurarles que se hizo tan divertido todo el proceso, que no nos dio tiempo a sentir agotamiento y querer abandonar el escenario deportivo.
Sólo puedo concluir este post expresando cuánto me satisface el énfasis que se le está dando a esta causa desde todos los sectores públicos y sociales de mi ciudad y de todo el país; salud, educación, deporte, cualquier tipo de emprendimientos, microempresas y también de forma individual. Nadie se está quedando por fuera, y cualquier granito de arena es valioso al momento de apoyar a nuestras guerreras rosa. Ellas lo necesitan!
