Happy weekend to all my hive friends and welcome back to my blog this beautiful day.
Is such a joyful moment for me to have taken a decision to move or travel down East to see my family that I have missed so much. When I boarded the car I felt as if I was already at home with them. It didn't even start from when I boarded the car, but it started from the previous day as I was arranging my things that I will carry home. Just like when we were still kids. Any time we are preparing to travel home maybe for Christmas celebration or for Easter celebration, it will be very difficult to sleep the night that we will be traveling the following day, because of the joy and happiness that has occupied the heart. That Was how I felt on Thursday night prior to Friday morning, the main day set for the journey.
The journey was a success. There was no problem of any kind on the way, though we met alot of checking points especially in Benue state, because of the kind of robbery attacks experienced by passengers on that same road.
It also rained from Nasarawa state to some parts of Benue state.
Which indeed made the journey slow. The driver could not speed as expected so as to avoid any form of problem on the way.
The journey of four to five hours, took us seven hours because of the bad roads in this country. God save us🙏🙏 .
I really appreciate God, because traveling in our roads these days is very fearful. Why? If it is not accident, it will be robber attack, or it will be the issue of kidnapping. But God saved us from all of these, He did not allow us to come in contact with any of them. Father, thank you 🙏🙏🙏.
For me, I have come to relax for some days and have enough time for myself and siblings that I have not seeing for some years now. When I am through, I will surely go back to my family and business to continue from where we stopped.
