It is yet another opportunity to promote the topic "health". often times, we neglect our health and chase after the mirage of wealth, we tend to forget that the real deal/ wealth is our HEALTH.
I think it high time people sit back to analyze a lot of thing, yes! no one prays to die but death happens and in as much as it is an inevitable occurrence to all humans, some death could be avoided if we pay close attention to our health and try to play our part.
when we talk about health, we are not only particular abot our physical health, there are other forms of health that we must also pay adequate attention to. Let's talk about:
PHYSICAL HEALTH:
often times we work tirelessly and do not even consider the fact that our body is not a wood and so it cold break down at any point in time. most people tend to look much older than their age because of the tedious and strenuous job they subject themselves to. the truth is this, when you engage and commit yourself to positive physical health habit, you reduce stress, lower the chances of getting diseases and increase or safe-up your energy.
some physical health habit we must indulge in include:
❣️Drinking clean water
❣️Taking part in workout sessions
❣️Reduce the intake of snack
❣️Avoid tobacco intake and alcohol
❣️Ensure you get enough sleep.
EMOTIONAL HEALTH:
Often times we say little or nothing about the sate of our emotional health. we live in a world that people react and treat other people without a second thought so you have to build your own defense mechanism and try to stay happy no matter what. Always be good but bear in mind that people will always give you the opposite and so you must ensure you stay fortified. A lot of humans have gone un-fulfilled due to heartbreaks. Guard your joy intentionally because humans will always be humans. To achieve this, you need to;
❣️Be aware of your emotions and reactions and guard it.
❣️Don't be afraid to Express your feelings in appropriate ways.
❣️Think before you act.
❣️Manage stress.- you don't have to be seated in front of the system or pressing your phone every time.
❣️Strive for balance.
❣️Take care of your physical health.
❣️Connect with others.
❣️Find purpose and meaningon your own, don't expect others to help you find it.
❣️Love your self intentionally
SPIRITUAL HEALTH
To boost your spiritual health, the following is advisable:
❣️ Always give from a sincere heart.
❣️ Always be grateful.
❣️ Practice Mindfulness and be kind.
❣️ Set Meaningful And Fulfilling Goals at all times.
❣️ Engage With Your Creative Power and ensure you get engulfed in nature.

All in all, "health is wealth", this has been my favorite quote and it hasn't changed. Everyone should be aware that they wouldn't be able to enjoy the fruits of their labor if their health isn't a priority. And exercising is one of the ways to improve one's health.
if we do not do the needful as it relates to our mental, psychological and physical health, then we are indirectly calling death upon ourselves and of course once we are gone, all we worked and labored for becomes another person own.
like we would say in my local dialect "uwem ado imo" - life is indeed wealth.
