Know the Time to argue

We all know Time, the time to speak and the time to keep quiet and finished our daily hustles.

Once i was in a cyber cafe and a woman drove in, there were about seven people who attend to customer's in the cyber cafe, and there were a lot of customers, so as this woman drove in, the atmosphere wasn't conducive anymore, because she came with a whole lot of complaints, concerning the way her work was done.

It happens that, she submitted work to the Cyber Cafe and they did it not in the way she wants her work to be done, so, when she received it, she got furious and decide to come nagging at the cyber cafe.

A lot of people were not happy with her nagging, because immediately she drove in, things change for everyone, and the people who work in the cyber cafe were shivering, as she threatened to go extra miles, for the stressed they put her in, as her work was not done perfectly.

In the place I was, I was paying attention to something, and which was the manner of the people in the cafe, because, no matter what the woman threatens that, she was going to do, the people were still not in argument with her, rather they were pleading with her, to take it lightly, that her work is going to be looked into, they told the woman to come back in two days time, so that, before then, the correction would be made thoroughly and she would go and get it.

I learned something from the two party's, because argument is in every body's wellbeing, but, in a situation whereby we see one person raising voice and the other person, not saying anything, that is because, the person that is not saying something, has seen it that, the time has not warrant him to argue, so he needs to used his time in a good way.

Thereafter, It's very good for a person to keep peace in his daily hustle, because when the woman who drove into the cyber cafe began nagging, and the people in the cyber cafe didn't argue with her, it was how the situation tarnished.

With the way the woman react in the cyber cafe, it makes me to learned something that, when I give work to someone to do for me, and the person did not do it correctly, I will not have to nag at the person, but I will follow the person up amicably.
