Cards From My Personal Collection: Jose Vidro 2003 Victory Baseball Card

Another victory card, and this one's got some damage! Dang. I almost didn't want to post this one, but I think it's a chance to point out why cards in good condition are so valuable. Can't really repair a card! Who knows when I bent this one. Some of my old cards in general have bumps to them. I should probably start to put the old ones in sleeves.

Jose Vidro was a quality second baseman, and long time Expo/National. He played for the franchise for a full decade, from 1997-2006, where he was a 3x All-Star and a 1x Silver Slugger. Vidro ended his career after the 2008 season after playing two seasons with the Mariners.

In total Vidro played for 12 seasons, appearing in 1,418 games. He had 1,500+ hits with 128 homeruns on a .298 batting average.

Vidro had an underrated career for sure. I sort of forgot about him, it's nice to remember him and the old Expos.
