Hello Hivers,
Frankly speaking, I never thought of introducing myself to the Hive community being that the community is somewhat a continuation of a project that was started few years back and moreover, we had already introduced ourselves there.
However, thanks to @anomadsoul for initiating this introduce-yourself challenge/ move as well as other supporters of the initiative like @ocd and @blocktrades.
It is really a great and interesting move in that through this challenge, we get to promote and advertise the HIVE blockchain and it could be of great help in on-boarding new users or investors.
Having said that, my introduction proper! Trust me, you will get to know a lot about me as you read further. I will also try to be a s brief and concise as possible.
Birth, Nationality and Parentage
I am by name Ndianabasi Ime Tom Akpan. I am a young man in his early twenties trying to find his way through life so as to live purposefully as well survive comfortably. I was born on the 16th of April so, do well to save the date and do not also forget to wish me a happy birthday as well send gifts when the time comes.
Going further, I am a from southern Nigeria; Akwa Ibom State precisely. I was born into the family of ten (five males and three females); that's including my parents and myself. Also, I am the last child of the home and I so love it. You all can attest to the plenty benefits associated with being the last born of the house so, I do not need to tell you that. Sadly, in January 31st 2017, I lost my mother which renders me motherless but God has always been my mother ever since then. I'll pause there in this aspect.
Education and Carreer
Education they say is the hope of every person, home and nation. This then makes education whether formal or informal a great necessity in a person's life. In my country Nigeria, there are primarily three levels of formal education of which are; the Nursery/ Primary level, the secondary level and then the tertiary level.
Fortunately for me, I have parents who prioritize formal education. In lieu of this fact, I attended the Sacred Heart Nursery and Primary School where I obtained my First School Leaving Certificate (FSLC) and then I went ahead to attend Chris Model High School where I sat for and obtained my West African Education Certificate (WAEC).
Being passionate about the engineering sector as well as the energy industry, I had admission into the tertiary institution (Federal University of Uyo) to study Petroleum Engineering for a period of five years (2014-2019) where I obtained my Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) Degree in Petroleum Engineering. Looking back, I am really proud of my educational achievements and heights so far.
Howbeit, I intend to further but this time I so desire to study for my Master's outside my country Nigeria. So, I really do hope I get to win one of the many international master's scholarships out there.
I really do admire the oil and gas industry being that my country is being largely blessed with this natural resource. With time I am certain that I will be licensed and I will then live my dreams. Aside from the energy industry, I also want to develop and have a career in writing. I love to write and I am always ready to learn the nitty gritties of creative writing.
Also, I am a graphic designer and a researcher!
Likes and Passions in Life
Like started earlier, I love to writing and it was my love for writing that led me to knowing about the Hive community. Also, I love football both the part where I play and the part where I watch and to this effect, I am a Liverpool fan. All Liverpool fans out there, cheers to our 2020 EPL trophy..lol.
More so, I like to play scrabble, read, travel and also sing. This few makes me really excited and makes my living eventful.
I have love and passion for Christ reason being that Jesus Christ came to die for me and saved me from the claws of sin and the devil. As a result this, majority of my posts on Hive will be christianity-related and this is also the reason why I recognize with the #HeartChurch and #ChristianFellowship community.
I am of the school of thoughts that there is no limit to what a person can achieve if such person is determined and focused. So to be successful here on Hive, you have to be purposeful, determined and focused.
My Hopes For Hive
I would love to see Hive evolve into a lot of good and sustainable things. Interestingly, there are numerous impactful projects on the platform. I would not want Hive to be abandoned or wrecked as a result of bad decisions, poor governance and the likes. I am hopeful that the plans for Hive will be achieved.
Academically, intellectually and educational, I hope that Hive becomes a home for whatever educational and academic materials one would look for; simply put, I want Hive to be a research hub. This then implies that originality has to be at its peak on the platform with zero tolerance for abuse and spam. Generally, I want Hive to become a place where one can obtain relevant information and data on all aspects of life.
Secondly, I want to see Hive becoming the most developed and most advanced blockchain and platform. This entails that development and improvements has to be on a continued level on the platform. In achieving this, every developer/ user must play their own parts judiciously. I'd like to see a more secure chain, with transparency in its evolutionary development as well as see a diversification of apps leveraging its solid technical fundamentals
Also, I am full of hopes that Hive will become the most decentralized platform as this would encourage many users to join the ecosystem thereby increasing the token's adoption and use cases.
In the aspect of listing on exchanges, I want to see Hive develop and have many real-life use cases to an extent whereby no exchange would refuse or would not want to give the token a listing. As a community-based platform, I want Hive to become a platform where engagement and community are fundamental to how it operates.
Very importantly, I would love Hive value to moon to about a thousand US dollars.

I won't say that I will be grossly involved in all communities on Hive because that's somewhat impossible. More so, there are only a few areas of life I am passionate about so, I'll just stick to those areas. Some of those communities I would be involved with includes:

Final Thoughts
