I am writing to formally announce the completion of the hive borehole project in Ghana, which began a few weeks ago on May 24th, 2022. In this respect, tomorrow, Sunday, June 12, 2022 at 4pm, has been chosen and authorized as the day for the official inauguration of the complete water project. It is with tremendous joy that we write to share with all blockchain hivers.
Following the meeting earlier this week, we (@mcsamm & @collinz) met with the chief and leaders of the Agona Bedomase township. At the meeting, it was decided that Sunday would be the day when this initiative would be properly launched and handed over to the community. This meeting was preceded by a visit to the workplace by the assemblyman of the community, the chief, and his subjects to inspect the progress.
Drilling stage
By far, the progress has satisfied the town's officials that we are totally prepared to conduct this exercise on Sunday. Adequate preparations are now being undertaken to guarantee the smooth launch of the bore hole here in Ghana. Since the previous borehole project, we have received several calls and pleas to assist additional villages in need of safe drinking water.
However, we are ecstatic that we may be able to use blockchain technology to improve people's lives. By doing so, we raise the profile of the hive ecosystem. The hive plaques and print materials are all necessary instruments for spreading the word about the hive blockchain. We honestly have no obstacles that hinder us from starting this project.
The many media sources that have been asked to cover the initiative are all eager to assist us in making hive known to all Ghanaians and the rest of the globe. The images below depict views from the different phases of the hive borehole in Ghana. As a result, we plan to have this inaugurated in order to assist the inhabitants of Agona Bedomase in fully using the water system.
Construction stages of the hive borehole
To project the hive blockchain so high in such an effort, we have gathered a few hivers here in Ghana to participate in the project's launch. In essence, new hive shirts have been produced and delivered to the few persons who have consented to attend the event. @anaman, @awuahbenjamin, and @nattybongo are among the expected hivers to help us in doing this. Others who have not yet registered their accounts will still attend the event. We'd want to take this opportunity to thank @doze for providing us this amazing hive t-shirt, which will be used for the borehole's debut.
We want to thank everyone who has stuck with us through all of the updates on the many phases that we have gone through to get to this point. With your help, communities are feeling the impact of hive and we are bringing hive to the doorsteps of every Ghanaian.
