Hello everyone
Hope you all are doing well.
In this terrible pandemic situation, everyone is bound to stay at home for the safety of everyone. I am also staying at home with my family and passing a terrible time indeed.
Yet Sometimes I try to do something exceptional to make my time worth.
So, I tried to cook something which I have never done before.
I tried to prepare snack for my family in order to enjoy our evening time.
I tried a traditional Indian subcontinent snack called "Potato Pakora: [Alu Pakora].
Now I will share with you the procedure to cook it.
Ingredients:
Half a kg of potatoes,
half a cup of gram flour,
one-fourth of a cup of rice powder,
one-fourth of a cup of onion powder,
one tablespoon of chilli powder,
a little coriander powder,
one-fourth of a teaspoon of turmeric powder,
salt,
Soyabean oil for frying,
one-fourth of a cup of water.
Procedure:
First I peeled the potato, cut it into small pieces like fried potatoes (grated with a gater), spread it with a teaspoon of salt and left it for an hour.
Then I Cut out the rest of the ingredients and mixed them in a bowl.
Then I washed the potatoes with water and squeezed the water well and mixed the potatoes and other ingredients together.
I heated the oil in a pan and make a pakora shape with a little potato mixture and leave it in the oil. I fried them over medim heat untill a brown color appeared.
I Served them with sauce and salad.
It was so delicious that everyone enjoyed to eat and praise me for being succeeded in my first try.
I hope you will also try it and enjoy it definitely.
Thanks to all... 😊
