Are you a dog or cat person? Mine is both. I did street feeding back when I was in uni in Jakarta. I basically used to always bring cat's food everywhere I go. Now that I lived in Bali, I bring both cat and dog food. It is actually different between Bali and Jakarta. You barely see dogs on the street in Jakarta. But in Bali, they're everywhere. On the street, beach, anywhere. People here also feed them dogs, especially dogs that hang out around the beach. Lovely.
I'm thinking of building my own shelter to help poor street cats and dogs in Bali. There are already some shelters here but I'm thinking of building my own and maybe we could cooperate with one another. We don't compete. We have the same goals to help these poor animals.
Social media is a huge platform that we could use to spread the news that we are building our very own shelter. Create the website to show people our purposes and goals and basically all the details about our shelter. This is a very important strategy to attract people that might want to be volunteers and help these poor animals together with us.
The first ever plan is to buy a big land to make sure there will be enough space for cats and dogs that need our help. We accept volunteers, adopting, and food donations as many kind-hearted people here in Bali. As this will be zero charge, I will also hire some people that must love animals that will work to take care of the dogs and cats everyday and they will get paid for sure.
We will also cooperate with the local vet if there are some animals that need health support as for example if they get injured or sick. By the time this first shelter succeed, I will surely build another shelter that will be located in every big area in Bali. Everything will be well planned, I promise.
The plans to make it succeed is we (our team) is supporting with online marketing and selling our NFT collection as we know this is gonna create big impact. Another ways to finance is this platform, Hive. Hive community is crazy as NFT and crypto community and those are related.
