ART BIENALLE AMONG MOUNTAIN COTTAGES AND GREAT ARTISTS

To all the artists out there, hope you are all well.
This past weekend I had the opportunity to work among great artists from Slovenia. I went to an art biennale of Velika Planina(Big Mountain). Now because I have kids I only went from Saturday to Sunday even though it started on Friday.
Now the view was stunning as always and being away in the wilderness, it was quite impossible to not have inspiration.

Me and my friend Ana are both daughters of amazing painters and got the invite through them. We both decided to paint aquarelle and it was such great thing, to get the opinion on my work from Anton Buzeti who is a master in aquarelle. Ofcourse he also noticed my lack of using unpainted surface which aquarelle is all about.

(Now the little glasses of spruce tree beverage that you can see here, are not promoting any kind of drinking, but were there for purely healing reasons)

I know exactly why that is. And the main reason for it is, I never plan my paintings, I just go along with it and wait how it would turn out. There is ofcourse always space for improvement. And when I can I will work on it.

This is my final exhibition piece and I would love to hear your thoughts.

This chapel is Marija Snežna(Snowed Saint Marry) and I made it as a piece cought between what might have been and what perhaps will be.
