Paint on paper, paint walls, paint furniture, let's paint rocks! :D

Hello Hiveians! Today I would like to show some art my family and I did on rocks. :)

For some reason I haven't been painting in a while. So we decided to do something different and fun. When we were done, we wanted to put our painted rocks outside to put some color into nature as well. We used waterproof paint so that when it rains the paint does not wash off the rocks. In case/ for a double safe, we put some spray my mama bought to make it more waterproof, one of our friends told us that this is the best way to do it. :)

The first photo I want to show you is the Yin and Yang on a rock I did for my Kung Fu sigung (teacher). I have a Martial Arts examination on the 18th of December and I want to give this to him on that day. :)

In some movie scenes, I don't like how in every movie there is a love scene with people kissing. Those parts are a little gross so I look away. My mama found this photo on the internet of birds kissing and she asked if I could draw that because she said I am very good at drawing a bird's shape. :)

After I drew this, it did not look as gross as it looks in the movies. On a rock, and if it's birds, it looks cuter. :)

I mentioned once in a post when I went to this nice restaurant and I mentioned how I loved Tweety that my sister drew one for me, I drew one on a rock because I love this Looney Toons character so much! :D

Then we were done with painting the nice rocks for the day and we were ready to put them back out into nature. :)

I drew the Yin and Yang, the bird on this vine with berries on it, Tweety and the tree with falling flowers. :D

Here are some photos of how they look outside, we put them around our pineapple plants so people don't step on them. :)

I think we put them at the right spot too, we could even come back and look at them from our balcony all the time! :)

This day was not the only day we were painting rocks, the day after and other days we kept on. I am still working on one I have not finished yet a couple days ago. I want to draw a detailed chinese traditional dragon on it. All I've done so far is paint the background white. This might be a little hard, but I believe in myself. I would be glad to show it to you when I'm finished. :)

Thank you for viewing my post. I hope you enjoyed it and you have an idea for an activity you can try too. Have a nice day! :)
