Ballpen Drawing: Therapeutic Saturday: I Saw you as a Flower

Hello everyone, I hope you're having a great Saturday so far! Today, I wanted to share my latest ballpen drawing with you all. As we all know, the weekends are the perfect time to unwind, relax, and reflect on ourselves. And for me, that means taking some time to draw and express what's on my mind.

I also want to share the thought behind this drawing, it's just really someone on how I perceived her as a person. She's been on my mind lately, just wandering and what better else to do than just to transfer my thought onto a piece of artwork.

I Saw you as a Flower

As I gazed upon you, I couldn't help but see you as a delicate and enchanting flower. You radiated a beauty that was captivating and alluring, but at the same time, it made you vulnerable to the outside world. Just like a rose that's cursed with its own beauty, you too had to protect yourself from the prying eyes of others.

However, what struck me most was the fact that you were like a dandelion, seemingly simple on the outside but actually composed of numerous little flowers. You were compact, yet intricately woven together, and the slightest gust of wind could cause you to fall apart.

Despite this fragility, you held a true beauty that could only be compared to a daisy. It was simple, yet profound in its essence. You were a flower that held deep meaning and significance, a flower that was in search of a gardener who would understand you and care for you despite your flaws.

I couldn't help but wonder how many people had failed to see the true beauty that lay within you, how many had overlooked your complexity and vulnerability. But as I looked at you, I knew that I wanted to be that gardener, the one who would nurture and cherish you, the one who would see you for who you truly were.

The process of creating this piece was incredibly therapeutic for me, and I hope that it brings you some joy as well. Whether you're an artist yourself or just appreciate art, I believe that everyone can benefit from taking some time to create and express themselves.

So, take a few moments for yourself this weekend and do something that makes you happy. Whether it's drawing, painting, or any other creative pursuit, use this time to reflect on yourself and connect with your inner artist.

Thank you for taking the time to read my post, and I hope that my ballpen drawing inspires you to create something beautiful and meaningful today.
