Within the virtual world, time seems to go faster than we can perceive it in the real sense. We can easily concentrate on some work or project, and we do it with so much interest and dedication that the days slip away from our hands, wanting to do more and needing more time. Of course, when you do what you love so much you really enjoy every second invested, and you never get to think that someday it will all end.
But how long do I want to be in Hive? It is a question that can generate curiosity, or also reveal what is my greatest desire or goal within this platform. Perhaps when we started in Hive this question was projected by a fairly distant horizon, with goals and dreams to follow, but in many cases we tend to stay on the way due to certain obstacles common to any job.
We can't question the time already invested, nor can we assume that it's not worth continuing. If today, overnight I became a millionaire, would I still be creating content within Hive? Seeing this platform as a springboard to keep growing through multiple content, it makes me think that I am part of this system, and the more time you dedicate to it, the more you want to commit to everything that points to growth in Hive.
I always like to play with these kinds of questions that lead us to even question our actions and purpose, so with Hive being such a large universe for all content creators, how much time would I need to know and understand everything here? Thinking like this is what keeps me expectant to the development of it, and how ideas, contributions and projects that make us value even more everything that thanks to Hive we can achieve.
I'm really a small guy compared to many of the people at the helm of Hive, so this fills me with optimism knowing that there is still so much to discover and do. Whether you are just starting or you have been here for a long time, how far do you want to go? How much time are you willing to invest? And just as they say that time is wise, it would be wise to understand what our time in Hive implies.
