Reduce Your Friends And Increase Your Mentor.

It is time to get more mentors and reduce friends, A friend of mine told me.

mentor

Of recent I got one of the best advice from a friend telling me the importance of getting a mentor and cutting down some of my friends who are not adding value to my life. At first I never saw this advice as a good one, but when he explained further it all made sense.

He said one of the ways of growing fast and be good at what you do is to learn under a mentors, those who already gone ahead and have acheived more than you.

When you have more mentors, you have more edge over your peers and you are bound to succeed more than them. Learning with your friends and peers is also good, but your experience level will always be the same, many mistakes would be made because you all think and reason same way which might end up making the process slow, a mentor would make it faster.

With more mentors there are more business tips and less drama with friends. Dealing friends can be very challenging, because not all of them are hungry for success like you, there are those who only bring negative vibes to the table, and the ones who never stop bugging you with their problem. You need a mentor who priority is to give you tips that will make you grow and succeed, a motivator, not those friends who would always talk down on your creativity and idea.

It is very important you separate from friends who does not care about financial growth, all they want is to waste time jump from one meaningless activities to the other. Cut bad friends, those who are posing a hindrance to your progress.

You don't need friends who are only there to encourage you to spend when you have and when the money is gone they move on quickly. You cannot succeed by having such friends around you no matter how hard you try.

If you want to escape poverty, you need well established mentors, not friends who don't have vision and are not sure of their ambitions yet.

Just an advice from a friend...
