Receta de como elaborar unos waffles caseros

Hacer unos delicioso waffles es bastante sencillo y fácil de elaborar, puedes disfrutarlos con diferentes dulces o salsas de tu preferencia, aquí te dejare una receta básica y muy fácil de elaborar en tu casa ,con ingredientes que tendrás en la cocina de tu casa ,para poder preparar unos deliciosos waffles esponjosos y deliciosos caseros

Ingredients.

2 cups of wheat flour or white flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
3/4 cups of milk you can use whole or skimmed milk
1/2 cup of vegetable oil or melted butter
1/4 cup sugar, this is optional
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract also optional

Ingredientes

2tazas de harina de trigo o harina blanca
2 cucharaditas de polvo para hornear
1/2 cucharadita de bicarbonato de sodio
1/4 cucharadita de sal
2 huevos
3/4 tazas de leche se puedes usar leche entera o desnatada
1/2 taza de aceite vegetal o también mantequilla derretida
1/4 taza de azúcar, esto es opcional
1 cucharadita de extracto de vainilla también opcional

En un tazón grande, mezcla la harina, el polvo de hornear, >el bicarbonato de sodio, el azúcar si lo vas a usas y la sal y >luego mezcla bien

3 Mix the wet ingredients
In another bowl beat the eggs and add the milk, oil or melted butter and together with the vanilla extract, mix until all the ingredients are well combined.

3 Mezcla los ingredientes húmedos
En otro tazón bate los huevos y agrega la leche, el aceite o mantequilla derretida y unto con el extracto de vainilla mezcla hasta que estén bien combinados todos los ingredientes

4 Combine the mixtures
Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and mix gently until well combined, but do not over mix, some lumps are okay.

4 Combina las mezclas
Vierte la mezcla húmeda en los ingredientes secos mezcla suavemente hasta que estén bien combinados, pero no mezcles en exceso ,algunas grumos están bien

5 Cook the waffles
Pour the right amount of batter into the hot waffle iron, usually about 1/2 to 1 cup, depending on the size of the waffles and your waffle iron.
Close the waffle iron and cook until golden brown and crispy, about 3-5 minutes.

5 Cocina los waffles
Vierte la cantidad adecuada de masa en la wafflera caliente generalmente alrededor de 1/2 a 1 taza, dependiendo del tamaño de los waffles y de tu wafflera
Cierra la wafflera y cocina hasta que estén dorados y crujientes, alrededor de 3-5 minutos.

6 Serve
Remove waffles and serve immediately with your favorite candy, maple syrup, fruit, whipped cream, chocolate, or honey.

Retira los waffles y sírvelos inmediatamente con tus dulce favoritas jarabe de arce, frutas, crema batida, chocolate, o miel

An additional tip I can give you is that also in the process of making the waffle batter you can add fruits, chocolate or colored chips, or any other ingredients you want to add to vary the flavor of the waffles.

Un consejo adicional que te puedo dar es que también en el proceso de hacer la masa de los waffles puedes agregar frutas ,chipas de chocolates o de colores, o algunos otros ingredientes que le quieras agregar parea variar el sabor de los waffles
