Hace un par de meses, mientras investigaba para un video de la misión mensual de la kinfluencer academy me tope con una par de diseñadores coreanos que me dejaron fascinadas por su impecable trabajo. Como había mucha información para compartir quede con las ganas de seguir compartiendo, por tal motivo hoy les hablaré un poco sobre ellos.
In my post a week ago for #HRC I talked about how K-Fashion has impacted the global fashion world, if you want to know what I mean click here.A couple of months ago, while researching for a video for the kinfluencer academy's monthly mission I came across a couple of Korean designers that left me fascinated by their impeccable work. As there was a lot of information to share, I wanted to continue sharing, so today I will tell you a little about them.
Bueno, empezamos con LOW CLASSIC, esta marca por lo que pude ver se basa en piezas atemporales y minimalistas, algo que me llamo bastante la atención, fue muchas de sus piezas por más simples que sean aportan un toque de elegancia sin dejar de ser relajado. Otra cosa que tienen ellos son accesorios con diseño muy curiosos y únicos.
Well, we start with LOW CLASSIC, this brand from what I could see is based on timeless and minimalist pieces, something that caught my attention, was many of their pieces however simple they are bring a touch of elegance while still being relaxed. Another thing they have are accessories with very curious and unique design.
Seguimos con Marge Sherwood, a pesar de ser una marca coreana, su estilo se inspira en la moda vintage americana, lo que me fascino de esta marca es que mantiene viva ese estilo de los 2000s mezclados con pequeños toques modernos, perfectos para crear looks retro. Otra cosa que me gusta es que su estética se siente muy única y femenina.
We continue with Marge Sherwood, despite being a Korean brand, its style is inspired by American vintage fashion, what fascinated me about this brand is that it keeps alive the style of the 2000s mixed with small modern touches, perfect for creating retro looks. Another thing I like is that their aesthetic feels very unique and feminine.
Andersson Bell es una de las marcas que ahorita sigo porque tiene una propuesta bastante atrevida, y esto porque es una mezcla entre 2 culturas la coreana y la escandinava, a decir verdad cuando vi esto pensé que no tendía buena pinta, pero resulto todo lo contrario, sus piezas son realmente únicas.
Creo que aunque no sería un estilo que le guste a todo el mundo, hay piezas que sí o si vas a querer tener por su toque distintivo. Algo que también me gusta es que sus diseños son unisex, además de que mezclan lo atemporal con el estilo urbano inspirado en la calle y el minimalismo nórdico.
Andersson Bell is one of the brands that I follow now because it has a very daring proposal, and this because it is a mix between 2 cultures the Korean and Scandinavian, to tell the truth when I saw this I thought it did not look good, but it turned out quite the opposite, their pieces are really unique.I think that although it would not be a style that everyone would like, there are pieces that yes or yes you will want to have for its distinctive touch. Something I also like is that their designs are unisex, plus they mix timeless with urban style inspired by the street and Nordic minimalism.
Y por último les traigo a Minju Kim, esta sin duda alguna es mi favorita, esta marca se basa mucho en elementos tradicionales coreanos con diseños contemporáneos, la primera vez que la vi dije “wow, que es esto” y fue porque hasta el momento de hacer la investigación no me había topado con este estilo, si lo había visto esporádicamente en algunos videos musicales de kpop, pero no de forma detallada, sino más 1 plano rápido de medio cuerpo (no sé si me explico).
Para mí sus diseños lo tienen todo, ya que poseen elegancia, son experimentales, y sobre todo se mantienen a la vanguardia.
And finally I bring you Minju Kim, this without a doubt is my favorite, this brand is based on traditional Korean elements with contemporary designs, the first time I saw it I said “wow, what is this” and it was because until the time of doing the research I had not come across this style, if I had seen it sporadically in some kpop music videos, but not in detail, but more 1 quick shot of half body (I do not know if I explain myself).For me their designs have it all, as they have elegance, they are experimental, and above all they remain at the forefront.
Sé que posiblemente nada de esto sean de su estilo, sin embargo, creo que las marcas tienen muy buenas referencias, ya sea de colores, texturas, entre otras cosas. Además, si eres una persona que está buscando o está experimentando su estilo, pueden tener de ejemplo estas marcas, ya que tienen muchísima variedad.
En lo personal en cada marca encontré algo que me gustaba, claramente ahorita no las puedo adquirir, pero sin duda alguna me inspiran para mejorar mis outfits.
Y si me pusieran a elegir una sola marca para vestir, sería Minju Kim, de verdad que su estilo me encanta y me gustaría incorporarlo en mi closet.

I know that none of these may be your style, however, I think the brands have very good references, whether it be colors, textures, among other things. Also, if you are a person who is looking for or experimenting with your style, you can use these brands as an example, since they have a lot of variety.Personally, in each brand I found something I liked, clearly I can't buy them now, but without a doubt they inspire me to improve my outfits.
And if I had to choose only one brand to wear, it would be Minju Kim, I really love her style and I would like to incorporate it in my closet.
