In HTML4, the strong element has been mainly used for phrases or words to be emphasized. In HTML5, the mark element can be used additionally. However, if you are using it for visual emphasis, the existing string element will be sufficient. However, if you want to emphasize semantically, you must use the mark element. If you only use the mark element, it will be displayed with a yellow highlighter. However, if you want to give a different color or effect, you can use CSS together.
