Warm sunday mornings amoungst the greenery u'll find some of NZ's best boutique produce. From delicious spreads, olive oils, balsamic vinegars, fine sausages and cheeses amongst other things.
Hawkesbay has a secret π. Hastings isnt considered much of a weekend destination but if you havent been there on a sunday in summer or to the farmers market you have been missing out.
The market was first opened on October 2000 and now it's known as one of largest and longest running Farmersβ Markets in New Zealand.
It is a great opportunity to discover seasonal fruits and veggiesπas well as interact with friendly neighborhood and true farmer who are willing to share with you everything about produce, food and how to cook and enjoy it as well.
Here ideal spot under umbrellas or a shady tree to sit and chill, grab a coffee and have a breafast, enjoy the sun and listen to the live entertainment

Going to Farmers' market on Sunday was my fancy thing to do when I was in Hastings, Hawke's Bay- New Zealand. Really a must-do event for a sunday morning in the Bay-highly recommend.
