hello friends from The weekend! Today I had a very busy day, my mother since she moved to her own house that does not stop working so that it is more comfortable for all of us, her children. Unfortunately, the last year could not advance with the construction since the pandemic adjusted our pockets for all of us. Thank God that situation was reversed! and we were able to move forward with construction again! So today together with my uncle we got down to work and put the roof of the future laundry room
hola amigos de The weekend! Hoy tuve un día muy ajetreado, mi mamá desde que se mudó a su propia casa que no para de trabajar para que sea más cómodo para todos nosotros, sus hijos. Lamentablemente, el año pasado no pudo avanzar con la construcción ya que la pandemia nos ajustó los bolsillos a todos. ¡Gracias a Dios que la situación se revirtió! ¡y pudimos seguir adelante con la construcción nuevamente! Así que hoy junto con mi tío nos ponemos manos a la obra y ponemos el techo del futuro lavadero
My uncle is a bricklayer so basically I dedicated myself to following his instructions to the letter
mi tio es albañil asi que básicamente yo me dediqué a seguir sus instrucciones al pie de la letra
He also came along with his co-workers, so the 4 of us made a good team. I would like to be more specific about what we did ... we placed the beams which are the ones that will later support the timbers that will make up the entire roof.
además el vino junto a sus compañeros de trabajo, asi que los 4 hicimos un buen equipo. Quisiera ser mas específico sobre lo que hicimos... colocamos las vigas que son las que luego sosteneran las maderas que conformarán la totalidad del techo.
I had previously helped my uncle to work but that this time it was at my mother's house, it gave him a special tone, it is incredible to achieve something on your own and for the most special person in my life. We worked long hours, but we were finally able to finish it! Although there is still one more step that is to place a membrane then the aluminum sheets, so soon my mother's laundry will be finished.
anteriormente ya habia ayudado a mi tio a trabajar pero que ésta vez sea en casa de mi madre le dio una tonalidad especial, es increíble lograr algo por tus propios medios y para la persona mas especial de mi vida. Estuvimos largas horas trabajando, pero finalmente pudimos terminarlo! aunque aun queda un paso mas que es colocar membrana luego las chapas de aluminio, asi que pronto el lavadero de mi madre estará finalizado.
