Hello everyone. How are you doing today? Its a cold Sunday and I am now back to my hometown, where it has extremely cold weather because it rains continuously from night to day.
I arrived from Kota Kinabalu alone yesterday (Saturday) because I missed the flight I was supposed to take with my mother and son. So, my journey on this weekend would be on the Kota Kinabalu International Airport. (KKIA)
I was all alone at the homestay, and by the time I was about to leave for the airport, I just took a few shots of this lovely homestay, which has been my solitude for nearly a month here in Kota Kinabalu.
Because I am travelling alone, I require wheelchair assistance from Air Asia. This was my first experience with being accompanied by a wheelchair during takeoff.
The benefits of being accompanied by Air Asia's ground staff are very satisfying. I was assisted from the departure hall to the boarding area. I was able to purchase breakfast from MarryBrown, which is located in the boarding hall.
Then all I have to do is wait in front of my departure gate. Surprisingly, Air Asia was asked to relocate the arrival and departure gates from A9 to A8 because some passengers arrived in wheelchairs.
The best part is that I was able to board the plane first. My seat had to be moved to the front, which was one of the hot seat area. And I had to sit by the window this time.
But this time I wasn't so worried or panicked. It didn't attack me like usual. I was very calm and didn't think about anything like I usually have to deal with every time I get on a plane.
I was able to take in the view from the plane and it looked like the weather that day was also very good. The flight to Sandakan took only 45 minutes and when we arrived in Sandakan, the clouds were a little thick and it was raining lightly.
When I got to Sandakan, I was the last passenger to get off the plane because I would once again be accompanied by a wheelchair. Apparently this time it was my friend's husband who works with Air Asia who helped me from the plane to the arrival hall and until I got into the car.
I am very satisfied with the service of the Air Asia staff from the start of my flight until I arrived. At the same time I really miss my home and my children and it was the best thing that happened to me yesterday.
Please pray for my speedy recovery so that I can do my work after this. I also have to abstain from eating after many of my friends ordered me to control my food intake.
If you have any tips or experience to help my wound and the inside of my stomach heal quickly, please share it with me. I really welcome it.
Thank you for stopping by my blog and taking the time to read my blog. May your days always be happy and blessed by Him. Greetings to all HIVERS and see you all in the next blog.
