Losing a pet is one of life most painful experiences; our dog passed away a few months ago and the sadness lingers. Of course, she will always live on in our hearts.
Now we have two relatively young kittens; for now we are going the way of cats (my husband and I have had both for most of our adult lives) because it is easier when we both are away for full days, since they pee and poop in a box.
It is difficult to make much income from art; especially in these times of digital art and AI. But we can find happiness in just enjoying the creative process, itself.
