Inspark coffee shop
It was located on the national highway going to the south beside Caltex gasoline station. I still remember the place before was a pawnshop yet now it turned out to be a cozy place to relax and the ambiance of the place satisfies our cravings. As we opened the door not only did the tenant welcome us but also the aroma of the coffee. As we look at their menu they also offer chip cookies and non-coffee beverages and on that day only they offer Pumpkin Spice latte. They also had a promo on free cookies for every beverage that you buy.

They have cute wooden tables and chairs that are so nice to sit and sip your coffee. They have this simple LED light formed into a word "Be the spark" on the wall. All their available drinks are also framed and displayed. While waiting for our order we had a chance to get to know the owner of the shop, it is Ms. Jaymie.
We had a short interview regarding how they decided to open a coffee shop since there are lots of competitors around the area and it's been three months already since they opened. I didn't take a picture because she was busy so I just took a photo in front of their mirror, and as I looked outside the sun was still up and intensely releasing its heat.

My sister ordered a Dalgona latte and I ordered a Pink lychee lemonade. I did not order coffee cause I wanted to take a nap later that afternoon. If I drink a coffee in the middle of the day I am sure I cannot sleep until midnight. I only drink coffee early in the morning. When our order was done we went to another coffee outlet that was cheaper and bought another iced coffee for our working students. We went to "Uncle Brew" since they like the taste of coffee here. My sister ordered two caramel macchiatos for them for takeout and afterward, we went home. We had our coffee at home because it was so hot when we had our coffee at the shop. These are all our orders. Three coffees and a lychee lemonade. We are enjoying every sip of it. Especially it is all for free since my sister paid for it. It was partnered with a free walnut choco overload and Double Choco Mallows cookies. And the cookies are delicious I will rate them 9/10.
