PiP Bridges Web 2.0 and Web 3.0 Spurring on the Creator Economy - Cointelegraph

Sarah Jansen reports in cointelegraph.com that "through bridging solutions and cryptocurrency protocols, PIP aims to accomplice this by adding Web 3.0 functionality to traditional social media to enable users to take back their social identity from megacorporations.

The project will effectively provide the billions of people already engaging on these platforms with these features through a single browser extension. As a bridge, there will be no need to create new infrastructure when a cryptocurrency is launched; instead, users can seamlessly interact between Web 2.0 and Web 3.0 platforms. The result will be the ability to send payments, buy and sell NFTs directly on Twitter or Twitch.

PiP plans to expand by adding support for additional social media platforms, including Reddit, Medium, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube, amongst others. Future expansion plans also include the addition of more tokens and the introduction of community token issuance from authenticated social accounts."

Wouldn't a project like this to distribute Hive and Hive-Engine tokens on Twitter and other social media sites be a great added use case for these tokens and help extend the reach of them outside the Hive Blockchain?
