Citing a Capeterra.ca survey Ezra Reguerra reports in cointelegraph.com that "receiving payment in crypto is gathering interest in Canada. A recent Capterra survey of 1,000 Canadian respondents revealed that 67% of the participants are interested in being paid in crypto in the next five years.
Highlights of the survey:
58% started their crypto journey during the pandemic lockdowns when they had more time to do research and learn about crypto.
The most popular cryptos are:
Bitcoin (81%)
Ethereum (48%)
Dogecoin (28%)
Litecoin (18%)
Cardano (18%)
34% are between 18 and 22-year-olds
41% are between 23 and 35-year-olds
21% are between 36- to 55-year-olds
8% are between 56- to 65-year-olds
While many are positive about crypto use, others are more hesitant:
64% said they are held back by their lack of knowledge in crypto
44% expressed fears of crypto disappearing
40% cited market fluctuations"

Canada being a crypto-friendly country, I feel that Canadians are more likely to adopt faster than any other country.
