Hello guys! You may not believe it but it is the truth! We have a scammer here and perhaps a lot of people (mostly beginners) already lost their money including me. Let me explain this with proof of messages from the support team.
I joined this community LeoFinance and tried my best to write different articles so that I can share what I know and be rewarded for my time and knowledge, but unfortunately, I got scammed all my first LEO withdrawal in a way that I did not expect! Many of you know #swap.app exchange, because it's easy and quick using it to swap coins and tokens at a low cost. Now there is a scammer who created a fake account of @swap.app and pretends to be the official account of #swap.app exchange on Hive. I have seen a lot of posts from different members including from this account @swap.app (fake account) giving instructions on how to swap LEO tokens to other coins/tokens using their site, but it's all a lie!
Check this, they say if you want to swap LEO maybe to BTC you should open your Hive keychain and send the amount to that you want to swap to @swap.app and enter your receiving address in the memo section and they will complete the swap very quickly!
But you will wait days and weeks without receiving your BTC because this user @swap.app is a SCAMMER 🥺 I know you may have some questions but don't worry because I will answer you! swapp.app exchange is legit, but @swap.app account is fake! I knew this after I swap some amount of LEO to LTC by using this fake account @swap.app then it took so long for my LTC to appear on my wallet so then I decided to contact swapp.app directly on their Telegram and I was shocked to know that they never had an account on any Hive community, and they don't know what is Hive keychain and LeoFinance! And I noticed I was scammed... My first withdrawal, shit 😡
Read my conversation with swapp.app Telegram support team. They know nothing about Hive keychain and LeoFinance, and they have confirmed that they do not have an account on LeoFiance which means all who ever swap their Hive tokens in Keychain via @swap.app account have been scammed!
I wanted to write about this so that other beginners like me to protect their earnings by withdrawing in other methods! And I would be happy to see this fake account @swap.app to be deleted on all Hive communities because many members are still sending their tokens to them thinking is the official account for the exchange.
