Yes, publish0x allows you to tip other posts and to receive tips. On November 14th they will start using layer 2 network i.e. Optimism for the tips. I guess it will be cheaper to withdraw.
Anyways, assets supported will be $ETH, $USDC, and $OP, native token of the layer.
I am not familiar with this Optimism. I will keep publishing on Hive. I know it was popular to republish your Hive posts on publish0x. to copy paste them, literally. Some of you made quite some bucks with it.
