Hello everyone! It has been quite a month of January, now February is upon us and we continue. On a personal level I have a number of posts I need to write, and I'm just going to have to pump some out because I am getting behind on the updates.
But developments are still moving forward! And this is especially the case for the Eco Development Bank project - where I have a team of several other people that are moving forward.
But let's start where we left off - the Presale of ECOBANK tokens.
As a reminder we are accepting HBD, SWAP.HBD, SWAP.BUSD for the time being. We are undergoing a process with BUDA, a latin american crypto broker that will allow us to accept the LTC, BTC as well as USDC without mixing tokens into my personal accounts. This is something that I have really wanted to avoid, not because I think it creates much of a risk but just to be able to have a clear balance sheet when it comes to this project and not have to tease out transactions later.
How much have we raised so far?
Here is the list at the time of posting:
snook - 250.000 HBD - 227.273 tokens
tokenizedsociety - 220 HBD - 200 tokens
papacrusher - 90 HBD, 300 SWAP.HBD - 354.545 tokens
teenagecrypto - 1.3 SWAP.HBD - 1.181 tokens
newigennity - 275 HBD - 250 tokens
tokenpimp - 275 HBD - 250 tokens
weirdestwolf - 153.190 HBD - 139.263 tokens
thehive - 110 HBD - 100 tokens
flipflopcrypto - 8 HBD - 7.272 tokens
votebetting - 20 HBD - 18.181 tokens
lammbock - 11 HBD - 10 tokens
All of this can easily be confirmed on the blockchain, if you think I missed you please let me know!
So far we have sold a total of 1557.715 tokens for a total of 1713,49 HBD. We've still got a ways to go.
But there are still several larger investors that I am talking to, I have some 'unclaimed commitments' as it were, within HIVE. We are also building out our onboarding material to give local investors the capacity to invest in pesos, and open up a HIVE wallet to hold their token shares.
Many local people are intrigued about the idea. Its not so hard to see why, the position of the land is enviable. But in order to get involved, they need to start learning about 'tokenes', something I am happy to report that most are not afraid to do.
What's next?
We haven't slowed down, we keep this project firing on all cylinders.
We have been working on the contract of the arquitect, for his designs, I hope to be able to share them soon. We are on the third and (hopefully) final revision of the legal contract - and no legal zoom formats, real peer-reviewed contract law work. The results of which will be shared here on HIVE.
Tourist information
With our formed company we have also made another hire, Alejandro Martinez, who is a gestor social finishing his certification in Tour Guide studies. This gives us a great possibility to work with him under the student-worker laws, called pasantías.
He is already begun generating reports for us that will be useful for our tourism database and ability to generate saleable packages. Of course we are using Dreamr for this, keep an eye out for spanish reports on @quintaesencia account written by our growing team.
Sometimes we even work late into the night, but don't worry, we love every minute of it.
Everyone is excited to be involved in the project because they can see what it might mean for the region - a well-placed, well-connected, (hopefully) well-funded infrastructure project to connect all the disparate tourist points in the entire north Tolima region. There is a lot to show those who come and visit.
Get involved by sending any amount of HBD to @ecobanker
We also accept SWAP.HBD and SWAP.BUSD.
Love and light, freedom and friendship, promise and prosperity -
