The old standbys in our financial world, the ones everyone says are most disaster resistance are gold and real estate.
And i do not know why real estate is the word used. "Real Estate" is a Spanish phrase that means "The King's Estate". And this reality is important, because the "king" is about to kick everyone off. "You vill own nutsing"
Anyway, real estate has been seen as the thing to own. Something that always has value. Something the smart investor invests in.
But things have changed. And they have changed hugely. However, few people have noticed.
The world has changed, the things that will be valued in the future has changed
Many people talk about sound money. That this will be the key thing that will make everything work better.
Many people talk about gold as sound money. Some people talk about bitcoin as sound money.
What if i told you that neither of these are really good money? They are just the best we have so far, and are far from perfect. In fact, they are far from being useful.
The ideas of a moneyless economy are actually a lot better, if we work out things like freeloading and reliability. Right now we could build a computerized barter system, and that would be far better, but we need to work on a trust system to make it work.
Anyway, bitcoin is one of the top contenders for the next "sound money".
What is known is that debt-based, fractional reserve lent, fiat money will be gone in the future. No one will take it. No one will accept it. It will be classed as evil.
The real estate market will crash and die. I mean, no more. We will no longer call it the Kings Estate. And we will no longer hold a place to live hostage until the newest generation pays more than all the previous generations.
The housing market isn't just going to crash, it is going to disappear.
The world is changing. The things that are considered valuable is changing.
Suburban housing is going to zero
The suburban real estate market is going to zero... probably past. No one will want to live there.
If your residence is not passive solar heated and doesn't have a large garden and a greenhouse, it will be too costly to live there. And postage stamp lots, do not provide. Further the cities that support these subdivisions will no longer exist. The jobs, the stores, all gone.
So, all those people investing in real estate in suburbs of large cities are going to find that they own a white elephant. A huge drain on resources that will never pay for itself. Getting rid of it will be too costly. So most will just be abandoned.
Just the demographic change will drive prices down.
Add on top of that the VAXXX deaths and changes in banking (see yesterday's blog) and the prices will fall through the floor.
Everyone who can will be moving out of the cities.
Now is the last time you have to sell houses. And you will probably have to take a big cut in price to get them sold. They just aren't valuable anymore. Just few people can see the writing on the wall.
Bitcoin is going...
Over the next year, i expect bitcoin to have an immense bull run.
If bitcoin makes it into adoption, then it will be set to stay. If grocery stores are accepting bitcoin-lightning by the end of this bull run, then we have something.
However, there is a lot of things that might destroy bitcoin. The biggest is how much of it is controlled by the evil banksters. If banksters start using bitcoin like they use The US$ then bitcoin will fail.
But, but, crypto is the future. If it is not bitcoin, it will be some other chain. Maybe BitcoinCash, or maybe Litecoin. Or maybe a real fork from bitcoin. One of these will rise into prominence. Cryptos is just that much better than debt based fiat.
Keep your eyes and ears open to who is owning, controlling, bitcoin. But, anyways, in the near future bitcoin is going way, way up.
In the next year or two bitcoin will 10x
In the next year or two, suburban houses will 10÷
Bitcoin will probably hit highs of like $300,000. Suburban houses will drop from $1,000,000 to $100,000.
This will be a very exciting time. (exciting also means scary) And so, keep your eyes open to changes.
This is the one time we can say, things will be different this time. And they will.
So different that investing in anything of the old world will bring only sorrow.
Look for the new world.
