I am writing this from mobile so excuse my lack of $LEO glossary links.
LEOFINANCE
Every time I write a post on LeoFinance I worry about if it is financially financial enough.
But here I go anyway. Seeing this is about repurposing content to try and make it evergreen on Leo thus Hive I would think it would count.
Not evergreen or is it
One thing I learned is that pop culture is not evergreen. But can it be? What about comic books?
Batman has been around since 1939. That is 84 years. I think Batman is evergreen. I think Poison Ivy would like that. Lol. I made myself laugh with that.
So I am going to repurpose a couple interviews I did about a TV show. Arrow.
Seeing Green Arrow has been R
Around since 1941. That is 82 years. He is evergreen also. That is funny also.
So here I go.
Mike Grell interview
tight scripts, excellent production values. Movie quality stuff you can watch for free.
Q. What do you think of Stephen Amell as Oliver Queen/Arrow?
A. I think Stephen is doing an excellent job. He has the talent, the
physicality and the charisma to carry the lead. When I first saw thee pilot I said this will be a star-making role for him. The camera really likes the guy.
Q. Any last comments or thoughts that you would like to share?
A. After 40 years in the business, someone owes me 39 1/2 million bucks and
about 28 years vacation.
I loved Mike's answers and it was a treat and a lifetime dream come true to have contact and an interview with him.
Thank you Mike Grell
Carly Diggle (Christie Laing)
Carly Diggle is a character that belongs to the Arrow TV Show only. She has not appeared in any Green Arrow comics books. Carly Diggle is a waitress at a Big Belly Burger restaurant and the sister-in-law of John Diggle.
Interview with Christie Laing (16 Nov 2012)
Q. When did you become aware that there was going to be an Arrow TV show?
A. I knew about the pilot but wasn't fully aware until my audition.
Q. I know you were on Smallville. Is that how you landed the roll or did you have to audition?
A. I had to audition. I actually auditioned for two different roles for the show.
Q. We first saw you in episode 3 of Arrow. Have you been with the production since the pilot or were your brought in later?
A. No, I was not with the production since the pilot. I joined Arrow for Episode 3.
Q.In the Arrow Comic I now know your character have a son A.J. will he be appearing in the show?
A. That's news to me! You seem to know more than I do. There are lots of rumors regarding the Diggle family and I am as excited as the fans are to watch then unfold.
Q. Anything you can spill (without getting in trouble) about your characters development in future episodes?
A. Carly has very strong opinions about people and I think it will be interesting to see if upcoming events change her opinions.
Q. Have you ever read any Green Arrow Comics?
A. I've seen a couple online but no, not in their entirety.
Q. Your character has never been in a comic book. In a show like Arrow is that a good or bad thing (I.E. no character history to live up to)?
A. I think it's great because it keeps everyone guessing. There isn't a predetermined path for Carly Diggle and that means many possibilities
Q. Anything else you would like your fans to know about yourself and/or your character?
A. I'd like everyone to know how exciting it is to be a part of this wonderful cast and crew. I am so cont...flattered that the fans love Carly Diggle as much as I love playing her.
I have to give a very big thank you to Christie for doing this interview :)
I hope you enjoyed this different form of post from me
@khaleelkazi some of this was for you as I know you love the Arrow TV show.
