Being so skillful or valuable isn't enough

I have mentioned this on this my publication some time ago but for those that were unable to get the information can graps something from here and for those are already saw the publication can still make use of these points so stay with me to the very end.

It is important that everyone puts to their awareness that regardless of how valuable you are, if the only people who see the value are your 1,000 friends on Facebook, you'll struggle to make enough money. Or, no matter how valuable you are, if the people who see the value are not those whom the value can transform their lives, you'll struggle to make money. Many of us are trapped in those situations. You have a skill that's so valuable, yet you're broke. You know something so much, yet you're broke. The most worrisome part is that the same thing you know, you know someone who's living your dream life from the money and impact they make from that same skill/knowledge. And sometimes, those people you know are not as good as you.

I've come across a lot of people who are in that shoe. You're a very good writer, and everyone says so, yet you're broke. You're a creative graphic designer, yet you're broke.

You've learned data analysis, and they told you that you'll start making money after the training, yet you struggle to get clients. How about being an affiliate marketer? Amazon KDP publisher? Oh, how could I have forgotten my sweetheart; Blogging. Many years of experiences in trial and error methods have taught me that being so skillful or valuable isn't enough. In fact, it has taught me that a person can be selling 'Long Life' and remain in abject poverty. Life experiences have taught me that even the person selling 'Long Life' and 'Prosperity' can have 'Life' and not have 'Prosperity.' Listen, the success equation isn't complete without the People and Place. Yes, the People and Place are what make the difference. It's the reason a person who understands the People and Place equation but is not as skillful as you can live your dream life while you languish with all your fine skills.

I shall commit to that someday. For today, I want you to take a step backward and ask yourself: Am I valuable? Value in this sense is that you possess something that can make someone else's life better. Think.

The next question is: How many people see the value you possess? The more people can appreciate the value, the better your chances of breakthrough would be. If possible, remove your family and friends from the equation. E get why. The next question is: Who are those people that see the value? Are they people whom the value can better their lives? What's their worth? I'm pained by many young people who miss great opportunities simply because they are pumped up by motivational books. The people who see your value are people who cannot afford a product of N10,000, yet you priced your product at N15,000. No matter how valuable you are, the people's economy you have access to will determine your outcome. That is, no matter how wealthy you are in Nigeria, you'll still move your gas cylinder from your kitchen to buy gas. You cannot live like the Americans whose gas is piped to their homes like water. So, while you chase the bag, if nah pulse you see, take am hold belle. Think about it.
