Hereditary es un film de terror que maneja el estilo de la posesión, me gustan este tipo de películas porque desarrolla un tema en el que creo, pienso existe el alma por tanto también veo factible su manipulación y que hay unas mas poderosas que otras, en el film se presenta este contexto en decadencia que hace sufrir a todos los protagonistas y los destruye psicológicamente para satisfacer los deseos de algo.
El casting esta bien seleccionado porque en la gran mayoría de historias, películas, etc el final se pudiera decir es lo que todo autor quiere que su audiencia vea y alabe, es donde están los plot twist y se revela toda la información para entender el resto del film pero en este me agrada mucho más es la introducción y es precisamente por el casting de Milly SHapiro como Charlie que tanto en portada del film como en su inicio llama enormemente la atención.
El director hace un muy buen uso de la condición física de la actriz para que su historia llegue al espectador y lo logra, yo solo al ver esa niña que le encanta comer, quiero saber mas de ella y que es lo que me quiere contar el film porque la curiosidad empieza a dominar.

El Padre de familia llamado Steve está por cumplir, tiene una familia que verdaderamente es una patada en el estomago y lo siento por él porque se ve es un hombre trabajador que quiere a su esposa e hijos y quiere todo vaya bien pero esta rodeado de locos, mas que empatía siento es lástima por él y lo que tiene que vivir día a día entre silencios, gritos, no le dan atención y es el mas cuerdo de todos pero no puede controlar la histeria familiar.
Tiene dos personajes bien conformados que son Charlie y Annie, ahora en el aspecto trama su terror si lo transmite, la incomodidad si se percibe, hay curiosidad por saber que sucede, hay cuerpos, en todos estos detalles la película me entretiene pero tiene dos detalles que no logro ubicarlos.

El segundo aspecto a criticar es lo que se pudiera llamar antagonista que es demasiado inexistente, tanto que no siento ningún temor por el, puede estar o no y para mi no influye en nada para mis emociones, me pesa mas el personaje Joan que tiene todo un encanto maquiavélico, ella sí pero el film no se centra en ella, es demasiado secundaria.
Hereditary es una película en la cual Disfruto los momentos de miedo, actuaciones de la madre e hija haciendo que le coloque al film maravillosos 7 chiquitos de 10 pero esa esencia maligna para mi en la historia no existe, esta bien que un director o guionista quiera colocar migajas pero sí solo deja eso, su villano puede terminar siendo una migaja más que muchos no percibirán entonces es ahí donde hay que ceder y ver como en el argumento se le coloca más fácil y que de verdad nosotros percibamos terror a la vez que respeto por ese ser.

Lo mejor del film para mi es la introducción con Charlie hasta su decapitación, goce todo ese momento visualmente a la vez que me da risa porque Peter esta drogado, la situación es hilarante, ahora el problema de toda esta muerte es el culto, se cae argumentalmente porque hablamos de personas que hicieron todo un plan para que Charlie fuera decapitada.
Estas personas que son del culto a Paimon son arquitectos, su plan es tan perfecto con tantas variables imposibles que me cuesta creer el como sucedió, me impresiona si eso es indudable, verla sacar su carita fuera del auto e imaginarme el impacto, con todo gusto lo disfruto pero de allí a que me digan que colocaron un venado muerto porque sabían que Charlie estaría por asfixiarse y sacaría su cabeza para que luego se decapitara con el poste, muchacho es que lo escribo y convulsiono porque es un plan fantasía pura y eso no me agrada, es innecesario y se pudo elaborar mejor manteniendo el impacto.
Toda la tortura psicológica que sufre la madre también fue de mi agrado, la actriz hace muchos rostros que me gustaron, sus caras de totalmente loca son espectaculares y cuando se decapita ella misma, exquisito, disfrute mucho este personaje y como guío la historia plus el como mato indirectamente a su esposo, esa escena es potente porque sale de la nada, y pensé se quemaría ella y no fue así, eso me agrado.
El otro detalle a crítica es este demonio llamado Paimon que a la final termina dentro de Peter, en muchos films de posesión si ese demonio no impone poder o respeto al espectador, el personaje falla y así es en este film, siento mas miedo por Joan que es una total loca y que hace unos planes maquiavélicos como la muerte de Charlie demasiado perfectos, ella si me da miedo pero ese demonio con algunas luces en la escuela no.
Su nombre no coloca respeto, hasta me parece gracioso y es porque el personaje en el film no se percibe y al no existir, su nombre no tiene poder, por ejemplo en el exorcista pensamos es Lucifer y ya eso le da poder pero en este film esta un Paimon que quien sabe que será, pienso que todo esto se pudiera mejorar desarrollando mejor al culto, a la abuela, que no sea tan Plot Twist porque se necesita información para amplificar en la psiquis del espectador el poder de ese demonio, algo mas que fotos, ver el pasado, como nació ese culto.
Esto pudiera darle mucho mas gusto, poder al film porque conoceríamos a Paimon, viendo el film como esta yo no conozco a Paimon y al no conocerlo pues no me transmite nada de miedo, a Joan si que le tengo Pavor.
