Note to the Conditioned Self

...breath.

Before you throw in the towel, breathe. Let the abundance of air find your lungs. Everything is tied to the now. Drag every demon from the shadows and let the countless versions of yourself gather around to achieve oneness.

The present demands the truth. Your truth. What you tell yourself doesn't apply to these unwritten universal laws. All they ask is for you to surrender. To be as malleable as possible for the complexity of the days of your life.

But you.

You keep gravitating to defiance. And so you allow yourself to kill who you are time and time again to fit in or attempt to harmonize the loudest parts of you with lower vibrations to feel accepted.

The cage you are in is your doing. For the choice to let the fear of the unknown consume what is possible for your soul is yours. But dear beloved, how dare you place restrictions and limitations on an earthly deity based on past human experiences?

You are a god. You create. A seemingly broken vessel answerable to freeing other spirits with whatever artistic language of men you are capable of.

...liberate.

Freedom is an inside job. And it involves the sacred art of reconnecting with the self. Embracing your purpose. Letting go. A renunciation that your ego won't be willing to be a part of.

Kill your pride. Lament over its desires. Rinse. Repeat.

Nothing like this is as easy as these words as the drips of your raw pain will always find ways to erode your slow growth but if you celebrate every hour you go without running from yourself, tranquility will find you.

Life is a constant process of dying and being reborn.

When death visits, let it take what must either for there to be room for the new sprouts. Armed with metaphors, sit with it and reminisce. Grieve. And let loss gently hug your bruised perfectionist when the time comes.

Bury what you must.

Be one with your dark feminine energy. Its pillars are the beacons of your light. You are just required to embody the chaos it personified when you couldn't summon the courage to.

Live in the now and maybe there will be peace between you and what frees and heals you.
