Великдень почався у мене з давно очікуваної новини. Хоча я і не особливо переймалася у своєму житті справами церковними, та останні події дали привід для формування своєї позиції і в цьому руслі.
Війна росії проти України висвітлила багато темних сторін нашого життя. Ось і події навколо церков московського патріархату не залишили байдужими нікого з українців. Адже ціла система ФСБ росії завжди управляла вищими церковними чинами так званої української церкви. Вони це робили тільки в інтересах країни-агресора. Щоб тримати в покорі наш свобідний народ. Щоб прикриватися релігією для здійснення своїх чорних планів руйнації нашої держави. І теперішня заборона діяльності церкви московського патріархату в самому серці Києва багатьом людям відкрила очі на реальність. І люди масово стали голосувати у своїх громадах за перехід церкви із підпорядкування москві до нашої, Української церкви, яку ми отримали заново ще 6 січня 2019 року. Тоді "...у Константинополі (нині — Стамбул) делегація Православної церкви України за участі президента України Петра Порошенка отримала Томос про автокефалію. Томос було вручено предстоятелю ПЦУ митрополиту Епіфанію під час спільної літургії зі Вселенським патріархом. Наступного дня Томос привезли в Україну для демонстрації у Соборі святої Софії. 9 січня на Томосі поставили підписи усі члени Синоду Константинопольської православної церкви під час планового засідання Синоду." Easter began for me with the long-awaited news. Although I was not particularly concerned with church affairs in my life, the recent events gave me an opportunity to form my position in this direction as well.
russia's war against Ukraine illuminated many dark sides of our lives. The events surrounding the churches of the moscow Patriarchate did not leave any Ukrainian indifferent. After all, the whole system of the FSB of russia has always controlled the highest ecclesiastical ranks of the so-called Ukrainian church. They did it only in the interests of the aggressor country. To keep our free people in subjection. To hide behind religion to carry out their dark plans to destroy our country. And the current ban on the activity of the church of the moscow Patriarchate in the very heart of Kyiv has opened the eyes of many people to reality. And people began to vote en masse in their communities for the transition of the church from subordination to moscow to ours, the Ukrainian Church, which we received again on January 6, 2019. Та все ж таки московський патріархат тримав у полоні душі мирян, які свято вірили у їх добрі наміри. І тільки війна розставила все на свої місця. У нашій Богданівці я це бачила і чула сама. Бо разом із нашими селянами і церквою пережила окупацію. Знала, що нашого отця Антонія катували російські солдати. Вони не вірили, що він дійсно священник. Про цю історію зараз є багато інформації. Навіть відкрита кримінальна справа проти катів отця Антонія.
Nevertheless, the moscow Patriarchate held captive the souls of lay people who sincerely believed in their good intentions. And only the war put everything in its place. I saw and heard it myself in our Bohdanovka. Because together with our peasants and the church, she survived the occupation. I knew that our father Antony was tortured by russian soldiers. They did not believe that he was really a priest. There is a lot of information about this story now. There is even an open criminal case against Father Anthony's executioners.
Але ж, тимчасом, церква таки залишається під патріархатом москви. А народ вже давно проти цього. Тільки у нас у Богданівці чомусь затягнулося вирішення питання переходу церкви до Української автокефалії.
Знаючи, що отець Антоній пережив страшні знущання від росіян зі зброєю, я давно чекала новини про його згоду на перехід до УПЦ. І от саме сьогодні, у святий день Паски, читаю в новинах:
"Отець Антоній повністю підтримує перехід до ПЦУ." Джерело
Ця новина зробила моє свято дійсно щасливим! Так, попереду ще багато юридичних моментів. Але я знаю головне: наш отець Антоній був, є і буде заодно з односельцями.

However, in the meantime, the church remains under the Moscow Patriarchate. And the people have been against this for a long time. Only here in Bohdanivka, for some reason, the resolution of the issue of the transition of the church to the Ukrainian autocephaly was delayed.
Knowing that Father Antoniy experienced terrible abuse from the Russians with weapons, I have long been waiting for news about his agreement to transfer to the Ukrainian Orthodox Church. And today, on the holy day of Easter, I read in the news:

This news made my holiday really happy! Yes, there are still many legal issues ahead. But I know the main thing: our father Antony was, is and will be together with fellow villagers.
