Привіт! Монета зі срібла присвячена одній з найвідоміших постатей українського суспільства — Григорію Сковороді, відомому вченому, мислителю, філософу... Введена в обіг 21 червня.
Вага виробу складає 15.55 г, а розмір — Для допису “Серія монет “Видатні особистості України”: Григорій Сковорода, номінал 1000000 карбованців, 1996 рік” використано дві світлини з офіційного сайту Національного банку України. Загалом виготовлено 10 тисяч монет з рифленим гуртом. Номінал складає 1 млн карбованців.
Реверс. В центрі зображено портрет філософа та відбиток печатки. Справа вказано роки життя, а зліва — ім'я та прізвище.
Лицьова сторона. По колу нанесено узор з намиста, що відділяє напис карбованців (унизу) та Україна (угорі). В центральній частині разом з гілками калини нанесено Герб, а вище — рік введення монети в обіг. Нижче нанесено напис 1 мільйон, а поруч з обох боків вказано назву металу, вагу та пробу.

Greetings! The silver coin is dedicated to one of the most famous figures of Ukrainian society - Hryhoriy Skovoroda, a famous scientist, thinker, philosopher... Introduced into circulation on June 21.
The weight of the product is 15.55 g, and the size is two photos from the official website of the National Bank Ukraine. A total of 10,000 coins with a fluted band were produced. The denomination is 1 million rubles.
Reverse. In the center is a portrait of the philosopher and an imprint of the seal. The years of life are indicated on the right, and the name and surname are on the left.
Front side. A pattern of necklaces is drawn around the circle, separating the inscription of karbovantsy (below) and Ukraine (above). In the central part, together with viburnum branches, the Coat of Arms is applied, and above it is the year of introduction of the coin into circulation. 1 million is inscribed below, with the name of the metal, weight, and assay next to it on both sides.
