Привіт всім, друзі.
Помітила, що на роботі сфера моєї діяльності коливається від фізичної активності (наведення ладу в гуртожитку, підготовка кімнат для ВПО, упорядкування території і таке інше) до повністю інтелектуальної діяльності. Причому остання не обмежується освітнім процесом.
Зараз зайнялася написанням однієї роботи, що стосується формування ключових умінь 21 століття. Звичайно ж, це стосується освітньої сфери та безпосередньо учнів. Перш ніж приступити до написання, «перелопатила» цілу купу різноманітних першоджерел. В принципі, тема мені знайома, адже у форматі крмпетентнісного підходу ми працюємо з часів 2018 року, коли активно стартував проєкт НУШ (нова українська школа).
Працюючи, сьогодні знову задумалася про те, на скільки зараз стрімко змінюється життя, відбувається постійний рух інформації, за яким просто життєво-необхідно слідкувати, щоб не за лишитися за межами сьогодення. Щодня стикаючись зі змінами, слідкуючи за цифровізацією простору, розумію, що зміни, якими ми керуємося в освіті просто необхідні.

I noticed that at work the scope of my activity ranges from physical activity (tidying up the dormitory, preparing rooms for IDPs, tidying up the territory, etc.) to completely intellectual activity. Moreover, the latter is not limited to the educational process.
Now I am engaged in writing one work related to the formation of key skills of the 21st century. Of course, this applies to the educational sphere and directly to students. Before starting to write, I "shoveled" a whole bunch of various primary sources. In principle, the topic is familiar to me, because we have been working in the format of a competitive approach since 2018, when the NUSH (new Ukrainian school) project was actively launched.
While working, today I thought again about how rapidly life is changing now, there is a constant movement of information, which is simply vitally necessary to follow in order not to remain outside the boundaries of the present. Facing changes every day, following the digitization of space, I understand that the changes we are guided by in education are simply necessary.
Дуже мене обурюють деякі персони, що так і не зрозуміли сучасності, а тому продовжують лити сльози та возвеличувати колишню школу та освіту. Мовляв, що ви там розумієте, от ми в свій час вчили на пам’ять купу теорем, формул, ходили в читальні зали, сиділи до ночі шкрябаючи в зошити семінарські завдання. Окей, я теж у свій час так навчалася. І що, легко нам було чи ефективно? Толку з того, що я пам’ятаю шкільні теореми, аксіоми та тригонометричні формули. А от як застосувати їх у повсякденні до поки так і не зрозуміла. Або ж ще краще – пам’ятаю уривок з «Тараса Бульби», який вчила на пам’ять. Краще б мене навчили робити розбір твору, орієнтуючись на історичні часи, в які він був написаний та на політичні і соціальні погляди автора, які так чи інакше втілювалися у написане.
Зараз ми спрямовані на те, щоб дитина на виході з закладу освіти мала такі вміння і навики, без яких неможливо існувати у сучасному просторові. В першу чергу, це вміння навчатися впродовж життя, адже за стрімкими змінами потрібно встигати. Не менш важливим є критичне мислення та медіаграмотність, а вміння працювати у команді, ставити вірні цілі та досягати їх – це компетенції на вагу золота.
Дуже хочеться, щоб основна мета кожного заняття досягалася і діти вирушали у самостійне життя, маючи необхідний комплекс вмінь та навичок, щоб бути впевненими у будь-якій сфері діяльності.
I am very indignant about some people who have not understood modernity, and therefore continue to shed tears and glorify the former school and education. He said that you understand there, but at one time we memorized a bunch of theorems and formulas, went to reading rooms, sat until night scribbling seminar assignments in notebooks. Okay, I also studied like that in my time. And what, was it easy or effective for us? So much from the fact that I remember school theorems, axioms and trigonometric formulas. But how to apply them in everyday life I have not yet understood. Or even better - I remember a passage from "Taras Bulba", which I memorized. It would be better for me to be taught to analyze the work, focusing on the historical times in which it was written and on the political and social views of the author, which were somehow embodied in the written work.
Now we aim to ensure that the child, upon leaving the educational institution, has the skills and abilities without which it is impossible to exist in the modern space. First of all, this is the ability to learn throughout life, because you need to keep up with rapid changes. Critical thinking and media literacy are no less important, and the ability to work in a team, set the right goals and achieve them are competencies worth their weight in gold.
I really want the main goal of each lesson to be achieved and the children to start an independent life, having the necessary set of abilities and skills to be confident in any field of activity.
