And here we are again with the second part of the Cryptobrewmaster adventure . The last time i described the first 3 buildings and their basic use (Pub, Brewhouse and Market) , this time i will be mentioning my interaction with the other 3 "new" structures.
I will be renting all the structures only for one day , but for the players that were around for a longer period of time the 3 or 7 days rentals would be a better choice if not the 28 days one that is also the longest period the structures can be rented for while keeping in mind the more you use them the more they deteriorate requiering repairs .
The first one as well as the cheapest one to rent is the Water Tower .
This structure is a must in case you plan to interact with others as water is a necessity for growing crops . So basically this structure as it's name says produces water , in order to generate one unit it consumes 1 unit of energy and has a timer of 30 minutes to generate the said unit of water .
The quality of Brewing water that you can generate with this structure varies from "N" for normal quality or as i prefer to call it "Grey Quality" due to the frame color and up to "E" for Exceptional or as i prefer to call it "Purple Quality" . If you notice on the screencap above it also indicates a possibility to obtain "M" for mastercraft quality but i was not lucky enough to obtain it so despite being a possibility as a drop i will exclude it from now on .
I suggest the rental of this structure first to generate some high quality water that can be used for crafting in a later stage and secondly for crops from the next building in case you obtain the "N" quality .
After the first day of farming the Water Tower or purchasing on the Market some "N" quality water i was able to start interacting with the Fields .
This structure can be divided in 2 sections , the "Grain Field" and "Hops Farm" . The costs for rentals are as shown on the below image .
I did use the "Grain Field" the day before yesterday so i will skip this building this time, i did not expect that the requirement was water in addition to energy so i was caught a bit off guard and was not able to use the structure to the fullest . The resources that i obtained were "Row Bareley's" and only few as i was low on energy and the building requiered 2 energy for each yeald and seems i was not able to play at work the following was the outcome :
From the looks of the cards they should be called "Salty Peanuts" as there is nothing better than sipping a bear in a pub with a bit of Peanuts as an appetizer .
The "Hops Farm" provides possibility to farm "Local Bittering Hops" and "Local Aroma Hops" .
The LBH requires 3 energy and "N" quality Water and the timer is 1 hour and 50 minutes. This structure usage is suggested in the starting phase as the products can be used for the basic Beer craftings and generating the initial capital that can be used later on for either purchases on the Market or renting structures to speed up in-game progression .
The drawback on this building purchase is that within 24 hours rental you will manage to gather not more than 13 so comparing the price in the market and the cost of structure rental you are at a loss in case it should generate "N" quality only crops .
The last structure "Malt House" has the higher rental cost out of the 3 structures with 1 day rental of 17.7 CMB .
This structure will generate "2 Row Barley Malt" and "6 Row Barley Malt" .
The 2 Row Barley requires 1 unit of "Brewing Water" and 1 unit of "2 Row Barley" in addition of 3 Energy with a timer of 2 hours and 20 minutes . In case you use this structure for 24 hours it will allow to gather 10 times .
The 6 Row Barley requires 1 unit of "Brewing Water" and 1 unit of "6 Row Barley" in addition of 3 Energy with a timer of 2 hours and 30 minutes . In case you use this structure for 24 hours it will allow to gather 9 times .
As this structure requirement was for me to sacrifice 2 separate resources i think i might use it in the future only if i stacked a large amount of the required resources of "O" quality or higher when i will get to brewing "Bella" or "American Lager" to further increase my involwement in Cryptobrewmaster while increasing the yeald of my work and the time invested .
The bottom line is that regarding use of structures if taken in consideration their cost and yeld it is a mid/end game feature of which use can bring nice profits no matter if you use the crafted products for brewing or simply sell on market for a quick turnover.
Thank you for sticking around and till the next time.
