Декілька років тому я посіяв на ділянці біля будинку газонну траву. Я не збирався тоді вирощувати якусь городину, в цьому не було сенсу. Була стабільна та оплачувана робота, займатись городом не було часу і бажання. А зелений газон приємно радував око своїм кольором і затишком. Та й догляд за газоном не дуже складний. Свого часу я придбав газонокосилку і полюбив цей процес. Дуже люблю запах свіжоскошеної трави. Не те, щоб я розчарувався в газоні, але трохи змінились пріоритети. Сьогодні мені важливо максимально з користю використати земельну ділянку, щоб виростити якусь цікаву зелень до столу. А як виявилось, землі для моїх експериментів не вистачає. Я знайшов декілька клаптиків, де газонна трава вже відслужила своє, втратила привабливий вигляд і потребувала заміни. Тому, щоб не пересівати ці клаптики, вирішив в цьому сезоні виділити їх під грядки. До того ж , зараз не сезон , щоб пересівати траву. А от посадити якісь овочі- самий час. Щоб звільнити землю від трави і вибрати коріння довелось добре попрацювати. Коріння трави дуже сильне і тримає в собі багато родючого грунту. Тому доводиться маленькими кусочками це викопувати, вибивати грунт з коріння. Процес йде дуже повільно, але раз вже розпочав, то змушений дійти до кінця.

I found several patches where the lawn grass had already served its purpose, lost its attractive appearance and needed replacement. Therefore, in order not to reseed these scraps, I decided to allocate them for flower beds this season. Besides, now is not the season to resow the grass. Now is the time to plant some vegetables. In order to free the land from the grass and select the roots, it was necessary to work hard. The roots of the grass are very strong and hold a lot of fertile soil. Therefore, it is necessary to dig it up in small pieces, to knock out the soil from the roots. The process is very slow, but once it has started, it is forced to reach the end.
