Hello hello beautiful people of Hive, today I want to share with you this incredible experience. For a long time I wanted to know this magical place located on Margarita Island. And I contacted a hiking group to make it happen, after much thought I decided to go alone with my backpack and 5 liters of water.
The route is fast and the landscapes are wonderful. At 8 in the morning we were already at Playa El Humo or Playa Patilla, a little further from Playa El Agua.
From there the walk begins, it is a beach/mountain route, quite easy but with cliffs and many cacti with giant thorns around them. We passed Puerto Real, which is a residence and it reminded me of the comic "Heidi on the Prairie."
After one of my favorite views, Punta de los chuchos. The landscape here is incredible, it is the first stop and I felt calm as I contemplated the landscape.
We continue going down, the guides' recommendation is to go down on the side and tighten the abdomen, and on the flat part, we have to climb Cerro el Cabo, behind it our destination is hidden, CABO NEGRO.
An hour's walk, which is totally worth it, with the sea on both sides. If you go with this hiking group you have 3 hours to enjoy the beach and at 12 it is time to return.
On the left side today there are mountains of stones, where the view is even more beautiful. and the photos are brutal.
The return is a little easier and faster, it is super important that you protect yourself from the sun and enjoy every second of the tour.
