For my walk and brain meditation today, I went to the beach that I usually prefer. I go to this beach all the time. To be honest, I have to go to this beach all the time. Because there is someone waiting for me there. Since I go there so much for walks, the cats living here now know me. :) As soon as I get out of the car, I go to an empty chair and sit down and my little cat friends come right next to me. Of course, I give them the food I bought from the market right away. Their food is finished and I start playing with them. After playtime is over, I start walking.
I usually prefer sunset or sunrise hours when walking on this beach. Because the sun and the sea seem to merge, I think it is one of the most beautiful views in the world. The pleasure I get while watching these moments increases my motivation even more and I think about how beautiful the world is every time. I usually put on my headphones while walking and listen to "Scorpion" or "Metallica". But "Evanescence" and "Red Hot Chili Peppers" are also among my favorites.
After walking to the white and golden business center in the photos, I turn back. This means walking exactly 10 km. Of course, a well-deserved meal awaits me after a 10 km walk. After playing a little more with my little cat friends, I return home and make my favorite salad. You should definitely try this. It's actually a salad that has everything. :) Then let me write what I used in this beautiful salad.
Vegetables in my special salad: Tomato, lettuce, arugula, spring onion, parsley, olives, cheese, artichoke pickle, corn, cheese, lemon juice and 1 spoon of olive oil. A wonderful salad you should definitely try.
