Hello hivers, let me take you to Dalaguete's finest private resort Cocina Calza Shores Resort is located at Magsaysay street, a 2 to 3-hour drive from our house. It has four (4) aircon rooms, a comfortable living room, a bar, and a gorgeous pool. They can also cater to a variety of food choices, they also serve Lechon de Cebu.
We arrive at exactly 10 in the morning the place is huge, the resort can accommodate 30 - 50 persons but the room can only accommodate 25 heads. I took photos inside the resort, love their cozy rooms and this part really caught my attention was their receiving area wherein an intricate goldfish design glass wall. My niece invited some close friends, it's not a fancy debut we just had lunch then a pool party after. They also have karaoke which I and my sister-in-law enjoy singing some of our favorites while watching the kids swimming. Weather is cooperating, a fine day to enjoy good food with family and friends.
Late afternoon I had the chance to enjoy the pool with the kids as well, I love the swan floaty of course I did not miss the chance to ride it. We had dinner then afterward we had some drinking sessions with the hubbies while having karaoke so love the air touching my skin and the smell of the sea breeze very calming. The night is long, the kids had a great time chatting by the pool area, then I noticed a cactus whose flowers are blooming very pretty! We slept around 11 pm, what a long & busy day indeed...
Sunday, we woke up like 5 am my daughter @kcwonders wanted to witness the sunrise, the beach was waving to us as it swept waves to the deck a few minutes later Mr.Sun showed up such a wonderful sunrise, God's creation at its finest. Then my husband decided to have an early swim, I just walked along the shore sea water was crystal clear the pebbles are like candies. We had sticky rice (bod bod) and mangoes for breakfast, my husband also prepare corned beef and eggs for the kids. Lastly, my daughter Atasha ask me to take a picture of "lily" her baby alive doll, and her soda flavored lollipops so cute...
It was such an awesome time with Mi Familia. That's all for today, 'till on my next blog where love, life, and all-in-betweens are so much to look forward to!
