Talk about the weekend recalling my vacation in Osaka, especially in Dontonburi Bridge. Osaka on weekend would crowded of people, local tourist or foreigners, they were extracted to visiting Dontonburi.
Dontonburi is one of large shopping and entertainment center. What you are looking for, available there. As you can see, when I was there, Dontonburi was full of peoples. I even slow walked because the peoples everywhere.
Previously, this area was a theater area. Many popular performances are held here so people are starting to enliven this area.
- The Market
Along the Dontonburi area is a shopping center where you can find anything you are looking for. Here you have to be smart in choosing and comparing because there are places that sell expensive prices, but there are also shops that sell cheap goods. There are luxuries brand and local brand. There are lots of discounts offered.
If there is no Japan language, this vibe looks like in New York Broadway (Even though I have never been in New York). Everyone who's visited Osaka will be like this vibe because full of light and joy.
- Tomburi River
What is make Dontonburi become a famous place in Osaka it cause the Tomburi River. Along the river, there ara many bridges which was attracted the visitors. This canal is so beautiful and clean. Peoples loves to hanging out and culinary hunting because there a lot restaurant would give you aestethic photos.
If you think that people would be just standing and do chit chat besides the Tombori River, you are totally wrong! You even can enjoying the Tombori River by the cruises and the mini boats. I think when you post your photos on the cruise, your followers will guessed that you are in Venice because this canal looks like a canal in venice, Italy, is not it?
- Glico Man
The Glico man is one of the landmarks in Osaka that attracts tourists to visit. The Glico Man is a billboard that has been installed for 80 years. All tourist will be love pose like that The Glico Man because the Glico Man is wonderful.
The Glico man himself is an athlete named Fortunato Catalon from the Philippines who became a running champion in 1910 with a time of 10.2 seconds. He is like a flash!
- Namba Street
Exiting the dontonburi area, you will find a very nice street, Namba Street. Here everything looks neat and clean. Really comfortable. But be careful if you visit in winter, the wind is very strong, you must wear proper clothes for winter.
