Hi dear Hivers in Pinmapple community, today I would like to take you to a new place, which is Chu Dang Ya mountain, which is located in Ploi Lagri village, Chu Dang Ya commune, Chu Pah district, Gia Lai province. It's wild sunflowers season now there, which attracts a lot of tourists. Follow me in this post to discover the beauty of this wild flower in Chu Dang Ya.
First, I want to introduce something about Ploi Lagri village. Ploi Lagri village is home to Bana ethnic minority. It's located in the North East of and about 30km from the center of Pleiku city. This small village is located at the foot of Chu Dang Ya mountain. People here live by planting agricultural trees such as coffee, tea, rice,...and raising livestocks like cows, buffalos, pigs,...People here have a difficult but simple and happy life.

And during this season the village is more beautiful with the wild sunflowers season. It's interesting to know that this beautiful flower grow wildly around this area. In this month, we can enjoy the vivid yellow color of the whole area. I think there are two factors that play important roles in protect this flower in the area. First, the land and weather here is really suitable with the grow of wild sunflowers. And The local government and villagers are conscious of protecting them too. That's why, this area atracts a lot of tourists during this time of every year. And you what, from 8th to 14th of this month, the festival of wild sunflowers will take place with many interesting activities.
Today I went there with two of my friends. And they were so happy because they really like photography. We found so many beautiful photography corners over there. Especially, the road leading to Chu Dang Ya mountain is the most beautiful one with the rows of densed wild sunflowers oh the both sides of the road.

In my opinion, the best time to come here is early morning and late afternoon, when the light from the sun is softer. As a result, your photos will be not too bright. And you are not too tired of hot weather too. Besides, you can also enjoy the sunrise and sunset there. Me and my friends firstly chose to take some photos there in early morning, and we liked it so much that we decided come back there in the afternoon to enjoy the sunset. I was lucky to have friends who are quite good at posing for photos. Then my job was so easy behind the camera with beautiful landscape and models.

We also met so many other tourists over there. And I was so happy to take some photos for them too. And I was impressed with old lady in purple Vietnamese traditional costume, 'ao dai". They come from different city, and they came here for wild sunflowers season.

It's a very large area over there, it took us a long time to walk around to explore the place. We stayed there until the sun went down behind the mountain. The mountains there are so beautiful too. I think I will come back here one day to explore these beautiful mountains.
