As I sigh, I fall in love
with this pain of being without you,
even though you know I cry for you,
my heart will keep sighing without beating.
And if by chance it can beat because I still love you,
it’s your memory that invites me to dream,
and as I dream, I call for you
to love you again.
If I sigh, my soul breaks
because this heart is not full of colors,
nor black and white like zebras,
nor as distant as your love.
It's that love that I miss,
that love from an unknown world,
because there were no mountains so high
until you left this heart wounded.
Mientras suspiro me enamoro
de este dolor de estar sin ti,
por mas que sepas que por ti lloro
mi corazón seguirá suspirando sin latir.
Y si en caso pueda latir porque aun te amo,
es tu recuerdo el que invita a soñar
y mientras sueño te llamo
para volverte a amar.
Si suspiro mi alma se quiebra
porque este corazón no es de colores.
ni de blanco y negro como las cebras
ni tan lejano como tus amores.
Es ese amor es lo que me falta,
ese amor del mundo desconocido,
porque no tenia montañas tan altas
hasta que dejaste este corazón herido.
