Hello to all the poets and other members of this community of inspiration. Today I bring you some verses inspired again by my day to day life in a country full of smokers who don't care about their own lives and even less about the lives of others. Earlier I wrote a poem that I am very proud of about this situation so if you want to read it I will leave the link here. Enjoy my download and reflection of the moment.
First the neurons of the survival instinct died,
They were hanged with the rope of fads and finished off with stabs of insecurities,
The rest fell of their own weight.
Death shakes hands with greed, its ancient helper,
So effective on humans that he sells them poisons and is sure to cash in later,
He charges with interest, one of the highest.
