Žasnu nad moudrostí Vesmíru.
Výdech, nádech - žít v míru,
v souladu s Matkou-Otcem všech živých.

on the ground, the back of the Earth.
I’m concentrating on my breath,
on the chatter inside me.
I’m staring into the green of the canopy, bright.
I’m feeling warm feelings in my heart.
I’m diving into the blue-hued depths.
I’m marvelling at the wisdom of the Universe.
Exhale, inhale - to live in peace,
in harmony with the Mother-Father of all living beings.
