There was a challenge for two lovers, namely one girl from an affluent family and another young man born to poor parents in Multan city. Uncowed, the boy made a plan to declare his love. In the midst of a grand occasion, he spoke out his thoughts before everyone. The girl’s family, however, respected his sincerity. Love broke the barriers of society, and both families accepted their union. Multan saw a story in which love prevailed, thus providing an example that loving speeches could close gaps and redraw the plots of social realities.
