you are so different
in every being that in you
breathes you, present!
Sometimes you show yourself human,
sweetly tender,
like a gentle embrace
to the soul that governs.
At other times, you are tempestuous,
like an angry sea,
with waves of misfortune
that sweep away the sense.
You are laughter and you are tears,
shadow and light,
a song of hope
